On January 6, 2019 we thanked God for the 128 years of the existence of our religious family in the Church. We celebrated in every place on the earthly globe where Sisters of the
Resurrection live and conduct varied apostolic ministry, hence likewise in “Casa Madre” in Rome.
The celebration in the generalate began with a festive morning Eucharist, followed later by the blessing of the house and dinner with guests among whom were Fr. Paul Voisin, superior general, and representatives of the fraternal Congregation of the Resurrection Fathers, as well as the Benedictine Samaritan Sisters. The crowning point of the celebration was the communal adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Vespers that were joined to the renewal of our religious vows.
